Well, not down here. LOL Down here in "Mexico" it IS a Halloween costume. I had one lady tell me that she couldn't figure why I was dressed the way I was until she realized that it was Halloween. The gravestones had rhyming epitaphs about some of the people who were at the party, detailing the weird and wonderful ways they died.
