My parents shocked me by ordering a bottle of Moet & Chandon the other night while we were on our cruise - so nonchalantly, as if it were the most natural thing in the world to order a $90 bottle of champagne! I was wondering when they'd become rich and not told me. Anyway, they said it was in celebration of my engagement, even though my fiance wasn't there (I had to drink more for him ). I had some friends come down from Utah with their 4 kids!!! They stayed @ my house and we ended up in the Emergency room with one of them on New Year's Eve. She was having asthma problems and couldn't breathe. By the time we got back home New Year was already here and I was too wiped out to even get the cork out.
