I ordered plants and clams from Arizona Aquatic Gardens thinking I got a great deal. I'll give them another chance. (I ordered 10 Brazilian glass shrimp last year and 6 were dead.) I was charged shipping fees up the wazoo which totaled more than the purchase price of the products ordered. To top it off half of the clams are dead and the plants had half the leaves/stems crushed or broken, from the way they crammed everything in one box. I called to complain and the service rep was of NO service and was down right rude. This is the second time I've been burned by this company. Shame on me for giving them a second chance!I won't ever make that mistake again!

Just got back from errands. 3 of the clams are open and empty.

I am sorry to hear about our clams and plants. I had a similar experience with AZgardens and shrimp. I don't think any of the shrimp survived more than a week in tank, and like your experience terrible Customer Service.

I thought most people that have used them were happy, but maybe that's just with plants since Megil had the same thing happen with his shrimp.
