You've just finished vacuuming the gravel and putting away the equipment when you sit down to enjoy a nice clean tank only to notice that your big pleco has just left you a present twice his body length right at the front of the tank.
This can't be happening only to me.

Well I don't have a huge plec, only a clown... but last night I reaquascaped and cleaned the tank really well. This morning I found a nice pile of pleco poo under the driftwood, in the front ]

I think that's a pleco rule

Somehow my BN always ends up leaving a long, curly one twisted thru the plants...apparently her idea of redecorating

Hmmm, yes. My new BN just loves to leave his 'mark' all over the tank. He doesn't seem to need toilet paper.

Hysterical thread, thanks for the laugh

'Ms P' (I guess that could stand for plec and poop!) always seem to have a long one hanging when I want to take her picture too

I have a male in a different tank and I don't notice his 'gifts' that much. Partly because he's more of a hider, and partly because that tank has black gravel.

My pleco in the guppy uses the java moss as though it is toilet paper...

Of course the goldies at school poops and then turn around and eat it, the kids get grossed out and start laughing hysterically...

Hi,
Sounds perfectly normal to me....
You would to....

IF YOU JUST GOT THE STUFF SCARED OUT OF YOU!
Some wierd looking human rummaging around in your home
doing all sorts of nasty stuff to the tank and your
home decorations.

For us it's the platies... we have a few full grown ones that poop contantly... everytime you look in the tank... never notice my corys doing that. Oh, well, that's life.

Ms P has a habit of lying on her back, apparently sucking on nothing Ok, that's odd enough, but even more so when there's a big poop still attached and floating straight up Now I'm starting to understand why she's my husbands favorite fish

For us it's the platies

I've noticed that about platies too...
