Mines a work in progress. It didnt even have grass when I bought it a few years ago, and since then I've been working on making it mow free, you'd think that'd have been easy seeing as it was seeded in january when i bought it but it's been a bit difficult. Most plants love sun and mine is mostly shaded but gets strong bright sun in morning that shady plants dont like . I mentioned that it was a perfect thread cause just this morning Master Adam was asking for pics of my lambs ear. I've got a few other shots to share as well, I'll have to pull them from the other camera . |

I grew up on 2acres that my parents havent done anything with till recently, my moms put in a rose garden with climbing roses and arches. Hibiscus from last year, they're not out yet. |

Babelfish Administrator Small Fry with Ketchup Posts: 6833 Kudos: 8324 Votes: 1570 Registered: 17-Apr-2003 | Mines wanting some rain right now Full shot of the Garden Side Yard. It's in its inbetween stage, spring flowers are gone, and summer ones arent yet in. We've had lots of hazy hot days already and little rain. I water selectivly with WC water but dont have time to actually water the yard (besides the fact I'd rather use the water to do a water change or just not waste it in general) And the sky is even blue for the pic ....well about as blue as it gets this time of year around here Moondog those are azalas, I'm rather surprised any are still in bloom anywhere I figured this would be a good place to post a pic for master adam. He didnt seem to understand the concept of lilly pips. These are from tiger lillies that my mom got pips from my grandmother and I got from my mom...unfortunatly my yard doesnt get enough sun and I only get a few tiger lillies out each year, but plennnnnty of pips. If anyone in the states is interesed send me a PM and I can mail some pips. Sorry I havent any pics of the tiger lillies themselves yet....mine arent out yet ^_^ |
