poisonwaffle Mega Fish Posts: 1397 Kudos: 591 Registered: 11-Feb-2003 | Here is a jumping spider I kept as a pet for a while, then released. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y22/PoisonWaffle/DSCN0542.jpg Him looking at the camera all cute-like http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y22/PoisonWaffle/DSCN0547.jpg Here is a rose hair tarantula I owned for several months, then gave to a room mate, then moved out. The poor thing died a while later of unknown causes (was well taken care of, just randomly died). http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y22/PoisonWaffle/DSCF1810.jpg Room-mate/pet and her chinchilla. http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y22/PoisonWaffle/DSCF1777.jpg I should take some pictures of my girlfriend's birds, rabbit, and dogs. I'll post up some pictures of some house geckos when I get them, too Btw, Shini, I (Scott) added you on facebook |

Didn't even notice the conures & I don't know enough about them (despite birding sitting one recently) to pick between sub species. I played around with Harvey's pic, cause I wanted to see him & he was too dark on my screen, so then thought, why not put up the pic. Love their eyes. poisonwaffle, I'm a wuss when it comes to spiders. I'd run a mile, but they look interesting. EDIT: Didn't get a chance earlier to look at everyone's picture links. We're a bunch of animals lovers, aren't we & seems I'm not the only one who loves taking pictures of the pets. They're all soo cute & interesting. Cheers TW |

itsjustme1966 Hobbyist Posts: 94 Kudos: 36 Votes: 1 Registered: 18-Mar-2008 | Hi Robyn.. sorry didnt label them very well.. rushing to much.. actually the one of ZeeBee is just a pic not a movie..he was at the time say that.I have tryed a couple of times to get him on video but hes more curious of the camera and doesnt say much then at all.... silly bird.. and yes the other 2 are from work Sashi the Derbian parakeet and Doodlebug the dusky conure.. wanting to fix another booboo in another post: It sounds like when I reread it myself that, we dont get conures, paralets, bourkes parakeets, but we do..I was meaning we dont get lorikeets..hope that clears it up and makes sence.... It seems latly when I finally get a chance to get the computer its realy late, like 12 midnight or later.. going ot find the aviary pic if not will snap a few.. Sue |

Says the image has been moved or deleted. I got what you meant about not stocking the lorikeets, but that you do stock the others. Understood & probably expected it. Lorikeets are Australian natives (they fly around all over the place here) & for some reason I didn't think you have lot in the US as pets. They are real clowns & acrobats. They don't eat seeds, as they are honey eaters, so that's another little quirk about them. I want an aviary in my lounge room but I don't stand a chance of getting one Cheers TW |

The above link (copied & pasted from your post) extends to include "..in" as part of the link (being the start of the sentence reading:- "..In this photo etc" Wonder if it is just like that for me - funny that it worked ok when you tried the link Think this is how it's meant to be:- http://i376.photobucket.com/albums/oo210/itsjustme1966/2008_0714tankfish0004.jpg So where does this guy sleep - not in the aviary with the budgies I take it? BTW, the aviary looks great. Cheers TW |
