The fat on the cow is a paler and yellowish colour in comparison to the clean whitish colour of Beef. I dont eat much beef now but I am fussy what I eat and is only Scotch Fillet steak crivacked (sealed in vacume packed bags) and keeped at a lower temp but not frozen. Yes it is dearer but worth it.
