Okay well here it's 11 PM, we've got over 12" already and it's supposed to snow for at least another 24 hours.

Ohhhhh baby!

I love the snow.

EVERYTHING is white! It's just so pretty. I went in the hot tub before, oh boy was that fun. You haven't lived until you've been in a hot tub during a blizzard. (and played truth or dare with your best friend during that time period )

I'm all stocked up on hot chocolate and have a book to read, so I'm good. Pics will be coming.

we got snow falling fast and heavy in Southern New Hampshire. big flakes and its covering up fast hope the elctricity holds up, i dont have battery operated airstones like most i DO however have a fireplace in the room of the fish tanks hehe im no fool i know what winter is all about BRING IT ON! ill swush the water by hand if i have to i dont care!

Sin, I think it was the mention of New Hampshire that did it. But for some odd reason now, every time I read one of your posts I hear Norm from "This Old House".

lol report here is a bit less promising lol. early day 1ºF increaseing to oooh 14ºF by noon then dropping again by night fall. oh ya..scatterd fluries lol.

well the new 10 inches is on the groudn for the most part, still dustin so its not done yet. and there will be school tomorrow lol. ( only reason i keep track of school is because of my 7 yr old daughter )

36 inches of snow and 10 more expected? I almost can't believe it!!!:%) and school hasn't been canceled ...Heck forget canceling school, the whole area would be shut down and you would be stuck wherever you are :%)

Again I shall give ya'll a nice winter report from here in Houston: Today highs in the 80s, tomorrow highs in the 60s...Saturday, probably back in the 80s if not 90s

The advantages of being a software guy is I can do 99% of my work from my laptop and an internet connection.

The advantages of being self-employed is..ummm..well I guess i'm not getting anything done today.

Well, whatta ya know....

Now that 12-15 inches has fallen in my small area of Macomb county (official), they have revised the forecast from 3-6 inches ending at noon today to....

8-12 ending at midnight .

Anyone else see something odd about that forecast :%)

how often does new hampshire get 3ft of snow? well they had school the monday after that 36 inch dumping. no cancelation. today is Wed . and we are expecting another 10 inches and has been snowing for a few hrs before school. still no delay or cancelation lol.

That's why you gotta make your own hill(and have other people take pics of you jumping into it). That hill is up to about 5 feet of densely packed snow. It's coming along nicely.

here in Mass. we have a blizzard watch in effect and are expecting 15-24 inches starting Sat.....woooohoooo eat your hearts out!!

We have some nice snow here. Hopefully it will still be here Saturday afternoon so I can go sledding

It's summer in New Zealand right now, but there has never been snow even in winter where I am, and never will be. Snow looks like fun!

Cory addict where are you?.....i was in reno when the first big snow storm hit around the first(at my parents house). the snow the sierra's got has been unbelievable,....BTW im in Davis just outside of sacramento
