That's a gorgeous pic - look at the size of daddy's hand alongside the little mite!

What a cutie!! I read One Fish Two Fish everyday to my seven month old. He's also got a couple of the other books Babel mentioned. Enjoy her while she's small, mine weighed 6lbs 9 oz seven months ago and now he weighs 25lbs.

Congrats Mommy and Daddy! She's absolutely beautiful! She reminds my of my cousin's baby, Mikaylah. Indeed, they do grow up fast.


To add to the funny hospital stories: After having me the doctor told my mom that she'd most likely feel queasy for a copuple days and get sick a few times, but no worries. When my dad was driving us home, she felt a wave of "sea sickness" and he had to stop the car... at the end of our driveway

Well it's Sunday morning at about 4:20 AM. We've been up for about 2 and a half hours. Contractions are about 4 mins apart. Have talked to our midwife and she says to go to the hospital. Wish us luck.
