At school whenever one of my friends or I was stressed, we'd all go out for dinner, or bowling, or shopping, or anything like that. Great way to get rid of the stress and good times with friends

Talking to someone who really understands me, and will let me just spill everything to him. Crying also helps, as does biting things. Or do something where you have to pull something apart or mutilate it. Always fun.

Or you could take a couple hours for just yourself. Have a nice bath, go out for dinner, or have a someone cook for you. Watch a movie, or whatever else relaxes you.

I go out to the club every couple of weeks to chill out. If I can't go out that day, then I just practice dancing some at home, that way I've got some of the things down when I DO get the chance to go out...

PM/email/msg me if you have any questions/comments regarding me or my knowledge or if you want me to read a thread.

I second the smokes and coffee... my personal fave is a starbucks vanilla cappuccino but I'll take anything vanilla flavored with tons of caffeine.

Seriously, I used to sit at the computer before exams in college and waste hours playing solitaire and similar card games to relax. Of course that was before we had that many games available, this was on my brand new 486DX back in 1994. I have always felt that reading was very calming as well, although for your particular stress relief I would not suggest anything by John Grisham at this time, might just add to your stress.... And this may sound a little out there but try that slow breathing thing and mentally telling yourself that all the tension is flowing from your feet... then your legs, following up the body to your head. I normally end up falling asleep soon after this one so it seems to be pretty effective. Good luck, hope one of these helps.

That is anextremly tall order in two days.
Here are a few suggestions.

Can you go to any Yoga Classes that practice relaxation.

Go to a gym, sauna/spar/swim
If you can not do any of these spend some time atending your tank.

The night before get to bed early and do some deep breathing exercises.

Most importantly lay of the coffee especiallly on wed Pm.

Finally all the best on Thur

[font color="#000080"]get your self some stress balls
you know, the soft one you can throw at the wall really really hard and won't break anything.

or if you play footy like me,
you can boot the footy really really really high and try to mark it, practise you skills too by the way
