Hello...
I dont have anything to do today so i just wanted to write some few questions
1)what is the best comment you got for your tank and fish?
2)and the worst comment?
3)How long time do you spend with your tank..do you only feed the fish..or do you stay and watch the fish for more than an half an hour?

I know human beings and fish can co-exist peacefully.

1. "How beautiful!" (my mom after I switched some of the plants around in my tank an did a water change).

2. "Ew! What is that thing??" (my mom after seeing my bristlenose).

3. I don't really spend too much time maintaining my tank, as it pretty much takes care of itself. I basically just do water changes every other week, and trim the plants and clean the filters as necessary. The only daily maintenance I do is feeding the fish and making sure they are all healthy. Sometimes, if I think my tank looks good, I can spend as much as an hour watching it. But other times, when I feel like it looks bad or I am otherwise unsatisfied with it, I prefer not to look at it at all.

I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.

1 Wow! Plants love your tank!

2 Its very hairy (unfortunately, beard algae also loves my tank

3 mostly water changes and clipping back plants happen every weekend. I change filter media every 4 months. I have 2 cannister filters so I change one at a time so Im changing one every 2 months. I clean out the hoses for the filter every 6 months and rearrange the tank every 3 - 4 months.

1)what is the best comment you got for your tank and fish?
Love your tank, it looks so natural and your fish look so happy and healthy.

2)and the worst comment?
Geez your tank is messy.

3)How long time do you spend with your tank..do you only feed the fish..or do you stay and watch the fish for more than an half an hour?
Hmm I spend 90 mins cleaning my main 6ft tank, 60 mins for the 4ft and 30mins for the 3ft and another 60 mins helping my boyfriends 5ft tank and these tanks are where I sit and relax so I spend hours with my fishies

1)what is the best comment you got for your tank and fish?

From people I would consider extreamly knowledgable in the hobby: "Wow. May I take some pictures?"

2)and the worst comment?

From a non-fish person, aka my other half: "but it never does anything." in reference to my striped raphael cat.

3)How long time do you spend with your tank..do you only feed the fish..or do you stay and watch the fish for more than an half an hour?

I spend tons of time with my tanks. After I get out of work in the morning, I watch them until the timer shuts the lights off (about an hour). Then when I get up in the afternoon I do any tank maintence needed (water changes, plant clean up, testing, etc)

The best comment is no comment it is when the grand children 7 & 8 just sit and watch and ask Q about the fish.

Worst comment
Some of mine when looking at my earler atempts.

Time spend not too much when feeding but some days I will just sit a look or when I want to take some photos. It is not what you can see it is what you observe.

Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do.

1)what is the best comment you got for your tank and fish?
something along the lines of "its amazing"

2)and the worst comment? "oh they were a waste of money weren't they?" refering to telling my dad that i haven't seen either my banjos, my bumblebee cats or microsynodontis' in a month and "wow its a tail" refering to me calling my mum over to my 70g just to look at my bumblebee cat's tail (well it was exciting for me..)

3)How long time do you spend with your tank..do you only feed the fish..or do you stay and watch the fish for more than an half an hour? i usually look at them often..but not for very long at one time..
