100-500 at least. Although odds are it is probably higher than that...especially when I had several successful livebearer tanks!

I have a few right now, well, actually somewhere over 2,000 if you count all the fry. About 2 months ago, we estimated over 4,000 if you counted all the fry.

In my lifetime? I doubt I could ever guess. . . . Had 35 tanks 20 some years ago, and my fish room has done nothing but grow since, lol, and continues to grow, lol. And I sell thousands of fry and young fish every year.

90- I know this for sure as I have a condition called OCD and I can not help counting all my fish before I turn their lights of or do their water changes. I have this fear that while I be doing a water change, one might jump out. ***Tiger.

Over my lifetime?

Hmm, somewhere around 100-200 I'd say.

Partly because [1] I have tended to gather together groups of shoaling fishes, and [2] I tend to keep them for several years at a time. In the case of my current main aquarium (the infamous Panda Fun Palace&#8482, I just replenish odd ones and two among the fish I lose (which fortunately are rare occurrences until they all hit old age).

Of course, if I won the Lottery, I'd probably set up my own public aquarium. Then I'd have thousands of fish. Yay!

500 or so? Been keeping fish off and on for about 30 years. I've raised guppies, bettas, blue gourami, shubukins. Now I'm working on breeding kribs and albino bushy-nosed plecos. I like that whole circle of like thing. Every year I take at least a couple dozen mosquito fish to the lfs from my pond. Like guppies, they don't require much help to breed.

Over 35+ years I think this would be close 500 or just over a bit.

Considering I may have hundreds at any given time, 1000+ A lot of shubunkin goldies from the pond either die or get sold... so there is quite a bit of turnover there.
