angeleel Fish Addict Posts: 561 Kudos: 472 Votes: 61 Registered: 08-Feb-2005 | My mother and law is famous to us for things to go in our fish tanks, sea shells from her vacations, rocks from the drivway edging, bricks, plants....... Anyways my problem this time is brick layout....I have about fifteen 3 inch wide 2 1/2 deep 3 inchs all other ways. How would I set these up to go into a 80 gallon for an oscar?? Any help or paint drawings, I will be thankfull for I was thinking almost a triangle or just a few stacks..... I don't know I need help HEH Angel Eel Last edited by angeleel at 13-Aug-2005 01:53 Last edited by angeleel at 13-Aug-2005 13:50 |

Those critters get playful when "bored" and they get big enough to pan fry for dinner. They can easily toss those things around in the tank, and most will. You could put it on abit of an angle towards the center of the tank just for looks. The only thing i would like to add is that bricks being so textured will quickly become clogged with stuff(Algae) and no fish will clean the rough spots on a brick..... |

angeleel Fish Addict Posts: 561 Kudos: 472 Votes: 61 Registered: 08-Feb-2005 | I wish my cam did not break....I mean I wish my boyfriend didn't leave it in the hot car for three days Its not as course and deep as a normal brick... In fact it is smoother then the rocks I have in there now. As well I kinda think that would make it look rustic. Thats a good idea, then Black cotton could have a giant cave for himself. hmm lets see if I can do this right ________ [ ] [ ] [ ] [-----] Hahah nope on the edit screen it looks fine but not on the fourm Square cave? I would also have enough gravel to put it all the way up to bury it. Angel Eel Last edited by angeleel at 13-Aug-2005 13:41 |

angeleel Fish Addict Posts: 561 Kudos: 472 Votes: 61 Registered: 08-Feb-2005 | You know I would put it in a back corner but in this tank the back corners are where poop settles =p Could I move it up and in to say the right or would that mess up the whole look of the tank?? Angel EEL |
