I have a small question for the people in the northern Houston area. Where do you get your driftwood? I cannot seem to find any *good* pieces around here; the only place that sells some is Petco and their DW isn't very big.
Hope there are some people out there!

Try looking up "tropical fish" in your phone books, a city as large as houston should have a few independent fish stores. They usually have a better selection then the LCS, they also are a bit more knowlegable as to places to find things .

Another source is to look about online.
In the USA you can try
Big Als]www.bigalsonline.com[/link] or [link=That fish Place.

There is usually a large selection of driftwood on ebay, however then you run into the shipping costs.

I've purchased several pieces that way and was pretty happy with what I got.
