I have found out (well mine) seem to grow faster as they get older. Also they must like the water conditions. Wingsdlc Fish Guru What is this? Posts: 2332 Kudos: 799 Registered: 18-Jan-2005 | I had the plant for about 2 years at that point. It completely over took the wood it was growing on and was infused with a java fern. I am the plant liked my water as it was EI dosed, high CO2 and about 5wpg of light. My water was liquid rock there too. I now have the same plant, now in many chunks set up in our new home that has very soft water. I am dosing a little bit lighter and the lighting is slightly less intense as its a taller tank. They seem to be growing pretty well. Not quite as fast but I have had one flower so far and another on the way. It seemed before I took the last tank down I was getting a a flower every week or so. 19G Container Pond [IMG]http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y118/Wingsdlc/Ric |
