Isn't it amazing how large some of these slow growing plants can get.

Here is a picture of mine from when I took my 40g down.

I can't way to see what is coming.

Wingsdlc.
Is that anubias growing on wood? Do you know how old it is? I have found out (well mine) seem to grow faster as they get older. Also they must like the water conditions.

I had the plant for about 2 years at that point. It completely over took the wood it was growing on and was infused with a java fern. I am the plant liked my water as it was EI dosed, high CO2 and about 5wpg of light. My water was liquid rock there too.

I now have the same plant, now in many chunks set up in our new home that has very soft water. I am dosing a little bit lighter and the lighting is slightly less intense as its a taller tank. They seem to be growing pretty well. Not quite as fast but I have had one flower so far and another on the way. It seemed before I took the last tank down I was getting a a flower every week or so.
