Hi all, im just wondering what the price of a piece of drift wood rougly about 3 foot in length would cost?? It does'nt have to be accurate as i just want to know what price range i'm looking at before i go out and buy a piece. I would rather ask this on here than travel a fair while.

BTW im in the Sydney area.

Thanks...

You have said 3ft in length. The price would depend on the general overall shape as well.

I would think at least $30+ for a good shaped piece of DW.

By me, it's about $10 a foot, So I second the $30. I got an 8" long piece for $7, so it's really not that expensive.

I think it depends a lot on the fish store. A big piece of choice malaysian driftwood or something that weighs a ton would be incredibly expensive here. I got my big pieces of driftwood off ebay and it was really cheap.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.
