The big bags of sand are usually 20-25 lbs. and that's probably too much for a ten gallon. What'cha putting in the tank that you want/need sand? Just curious... Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean... |

bettachris Ultimate Fish Guru Posts: 3875 Kudos: 4173 Votes: 452 Registered: 13-Jun-2004 | i dont have any substrate in this tank currently, and i am tired of using reg gravel, so why not sand. plus now i can get coolie loaches, and for my next planned tank for motoro rays, i am going to have to see how well sand works. so i kill 2 birds with 1 stone. |
