finished swapping substrates + picture, comments? | |
greenfootball Fish Addict Posts: 613 Kudos: 360 Votes: 0 Registered: 23-Jul-2001 | here it is, took 3 hours of work... http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/greenfootball49/detail?.dir=f813&.dnm=98b5.jpg&.src=ph this is what i got now 4 angels 1 common pleco 1 clown pleco 6 jungle vals 2 amazon sword 2 crypt wendtti 1 apon bulb 2 onion bulbs i re-planted everything except the baby java ferns, the hornwort floating is gonna go away after i purchase more plants, what are your suggestions on plants? i am thinking about the following list... 2 marimo balls 10 corkscrew vals micro sword dwarf hairgrass glosso some kind of moss some kind of anubias i probably wont get all of the above, mainly struggling with the carpet plant, something easy to take care of and looks nice, and good for the fish, let me know what your ideas are. tank specs- 29 gal 4 screw-on fluorescent bulbs (daylight) total 92 watts 1 20 watt daylight/plant light fluorescent total = 3.8 wpg 100% eco-complete substrate Co2 system ps. i also want to get some of those freshwater clams from Arizona Garden, anybody know anything about them? |

I know they stay low but I'm afraid where they are right now may end up blocking the driftwood I'd also pick either the driftwood or the rock, the driftwood fits in a planted tank a bit better and is taller than the piece of wood that you have in ATM.
