(please excuse the reflection from the blinds and the Endler's who won't stay still for pictures )

Ok, this is my 10g Endler's tank, I'm not happy with the arrangement of the plants, and I'm lost with ideas.

There is anacharis along the back, micro sword in the middle, ?? in each front corner and java fern on the rock which reminds me of a head with a bunch of hair in the middle

I don't really want to add more plants, just do so rearranging with what's there. Any ideas?

That's a very nice tank you have there.

I'm no aquascaping expert - or novice for that matter - but perhaps trying to create some sort of balance might improve things? For example, I see you have the anacharis all along the back, and they seem to be planted in almost individual strands; perhaps replant them in closer bunches (like, take three or four stems, hold them together, then plant them as "one" plant). Also, maybe re-plant them so that their numbers favor the right side of the tank - maybe that'll create some balance between the rock on the left and the heavier planting on the right. You also might want to put a bigger/ taller piece of driftwood on that left side to create the same effect. No need to split the tank in half that way, just think rule of thirds - any division should be off-center.

Not sure how much of that makes sense, but that's what I'm coming up with for now - at least considering you dont want to add more plants.

EDIT: those look like some sort of crypts in each corner, no?

Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do.

workiing with you got...take all those plants in the back ground and bunch them up in the left corner..then move your roght to the right centerd in the tank front to back. should even it out and take away the "plant wall" look.
