That terra pot(in my opinion is for planting a plant) saying that they can be used in an aquascape but as it is still too new & it looks out of place. I would put it where it can not be so obvious then tie some small anubias over it to give it the look as if it was meant to be there. I would get some tall plans (all same variety) at the RH end certainly not val. Preferably on of the Cardimines. Then I would mix the three tall varieties along the back and RH end rather than give it a patchy look of start and finish of each plant. Also RH end travelling towards the other small plants in the front I would plant several bunches of small lower light green Crypts but not in a straight line and with a few small flatish natural coloured rocks (sold Bunings plant section) small bags $2+ perfect for that job.
