Just wondering, I was @ Petco 2day & saw an "Dinosaur EEl". Does anyone know of such an eel? I did some searches but found nothing. He was about 6" & failer thick, light pale green.

By all means marry; if you get a good wife, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

No its not an arowana its a bichir of the family Polypteridae. I have one. They are know as the senegal bichir. I myself prefer its scientific name polypterus senegalus senegalus. Any how mine is right now around 3-4in I feed him mainly frozen food. They will get about 12inches. Once they are big enough you can feed them a variety of foods rangeing from fish, worms, to chicken. The will eat almost anything meaty that they can fit in there mouths. They are one of the more common bichirs in the fish world put other ones can often be ordered. IF you are interested in getting one private messege toirtis he has like over 50 bichirs and will be able to give you all the ups and downs
