	How fast do the plecos grow...

When i told the lfs where i bought it from the owner hardly belived me Robby I know human beings and fish can co-exist peacefully.

Cup_of_Lifenoodles Fish Guru Posts: 2755 Kudos: 1957 Votes: 30 Registered: 09-Sep-2004	Glyptoperichthyids usually stop such explosive growing once they hit 7-8", or more specifically, half their adult sizes. From then on, you can expect only a few inches per year of growth, if any at all.

Rob1619 Fish Addict Posts: 763 Kudos: 619 Votes: 626 Registered: 01-Sep-2004	The pleco loves the waffers and he doesnt want to shear it with the loaches...one time the clown loach stole the waffer from the pleco and he started to chase the clown all over the tank. The fish get bloodworms,waffers,discus pellets and flakes. I think the pleco will not grow fast anymore since i have heard the plecos stop growing when they get mature and from there they grow slowly. I just have to see if this is correct because my pleco is still growing Robby I know human beings and fish can co-exist peacefully.
