The tank has stacks of cover and some driftwood. I feed algae discs, though they also clean up after my Mbuna. What can i do to make them spawn??? |

Also no hope if there is any egg eating fish in the tank especially CLs. The best breeding set up I have ever seen was an artifical rock held onto the front of the tank by magnets and a similar cover on the outside this means you can see the progress of the breeding and the fry. Here is a photo of that rock I believe it was a modified NEW reptile rock. Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info Look here for my Betta 11Gal Desktop & Placidity 5ft Community Tank Photos Keith ![]() ![]() ![]() Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do. Furthermore, they are excellent parents--you don't have to worry about the eggs being eaten, but once the fry are out of the cave, watch out. Also, algae wafers are still mostly ash and protein. The best staple food for ancistrus are veggies. |

I'll start feeding them some cucumber & zucchini, apart from their usuall fish food diet. http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |
