Alright, my tank seems to be developing brown algae stuff on the walls. At the moment I have four white clouds and three corries, the corries do well with the left over food but don't do anything for the algae. Any Ideas as to what i can add in their to take care of algae? I was thinking a pleco, a baby one, and just taking back and exchanging it everytime it got too big lol.

Dont do that, its simply wrong. You may be able to fit 2 ottos into that setup. They like larger groups but im skeptical about putting more than 2 in.

You could get a pair of otto's or a Bristlenose Catfish. Either will eat the diatoms (algae) you mentioned, and otto's only get approximately 1.5-2" long and BN's get approximately 4" long...

PM/email/msg me if you have any questions/comments regarding me or my knowledge or if you want me to read a thread.

I would go with 2 oto's because they will stay smaller than a Bristlenose. Make sure your water is top quality.

Even better than two otos, just get one pitbull pleco. They have the typical pleco shape and habits, but only grow to 2" long.

I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.

How about a butterfly/hillstream loach. I got one for my 10g, and it cleaned up the whole green mess in about 3 days, now they tank is spotless, and the hillstream is fat and happy.
Good luck! Heres a pic:

I will probably go for the ottos, but I can never find them anywhere here in California. I will try searching for some.

Thanks for all the reply's.

You can't find any? That sucks. Have you tried petsmart? My local petsmart has some but I am up here in Seattle.
