I feed my bn courgettes and cucumber. I just nuke em in the microwave for a bit, let em cool down and throw em in the tank.Also feed the occasional shelled peas aswell.

As for how many, my bn is still tiny so I just put a small slice in say every 3 days or so.I just vary his diet as much as possible.

Mine really like cucumber (I don't cook it), peas, spinach, broccoli (I buy frozen, let it thaw, and attach it to a rock).
