 | Whats The Main Purpose Of Them? |
HOKESE Mega Fish Posts: 1105 Kudos: 478 Votes: 271 Registered: 22-Feb-2003   | hey guys,a while back,i got given a large featherfin catfish,well since then hes gotten huge,over taken my common pleco too,anyway what are the main purpose of the barbels,(not sure if thats what there called,the tentical things on there face),i watch him all the time,its like he feals his way around with them,he kind of skims them across things!also i think they help him find food too,when i got him,they were all white and broken,now there back to the brownish colour,and are in very good condition,they go as fine as a pin at the end.....  |
