It looks like the silver dollar would fit in there (i cant really tell how big it is) but if it is under 15" it will fit

If the catfish is under 4 foot, then he will fit in your tank.

Nope, that catfish won't fit in a four foot tank, even if it's only two feet long. It would have no room to move around in. I agree, you'd need a much bigger tank.

Yeah, it's a biggen heh I was reseaching for a (Pseudopimelodus raninus) Bumblebee Catfish information for a friend who wanted one, once he saw that, he sort of changed his mind.
This is the url I got it from http://usuarios.iponet.es/casinada/19amazon.htm
Unfortunately it is in Spanish I think.

Another URL is
http://fish.mongabay.com/species/Pseudopimelodus_raninus.html click on pictures and you will see all the photos.

Well, there is more than one species of Bumblebee Cat, coming from both Pimelodidae and Bagridae, hence the confusion. Actually, I do believe Bumblebees tend not to be Pseudopimelodus raninus, but that's a guess.

Shinigami, you are so right. This is the South American Bumblebee Catfish.

While this is the Asian Bumblebee Catfish.

Still I was amazed that they grow that big. Perhaps this was the one that eat the dog. keithgh (see threat of keithgh re catfish bites dog.)
