They shredded the edges of the fake plants I put in the tank. I saw some green cloth floating one fine day, and now see it regularly. They shred even if they cannot eat.  |

But on the other hand I feed them lettuce leaves and they literally tear it appart. Possible reason it is thin and sweet. Here is a photo I hope of the Clown eating lettuce.
