Corys (big suprise) because they are more peaceful, there are tons of species (and new ones are constantly being dicovered), their "antics" are funnier, and they don't grow to be a foot long.

Clowns always, reasons they size, colouring, general behaviour, long life span.

Beside I have better luck with them.

Are these good enough reasons.

Corys over clown loaches, definetly. Clowns get far too large for most aquarium owners anyway.
However, if this was a vote for Corys VS Loaches in general, I would vote for Loaches.
My faves are Botia Dario- Queen Loach, and Botia sp. Myanmar- Angelicus/Polka Dot Loach. YoYos are sweet little critters too.
There are many loaches out there that are in my opinion, better than clown loaches.

clowns all the way, they are almost like dogs in that they have unusual peculiarities and live alongside you rather than die off just as you get used to them and their behaviour.

Gibson SG you know you want one!!

Clowns!!!

They are so playfull, they do crazy things, and they have great personalities.

Some corys live longer than clown loaches (iv heard of corys living up to 21 years) The general lifespan for a clown loach is 15 years, but right now mine is 15 1/2. I turn 17 in June, and he turns 16 in July

[font color="#000080"]This is a tough decision, I like both but maybe Clowns a bit more. Clowns always have great personalities and are always moving around having fun.

Me too, although if I had a large enough tank I'd vote for clowns.

Cories are my favorite, because I love their goofy expression. They are also easier to keep (for cash-strapped hobbyists), because they stay much smaller. I admit that I'm biased though, because I've never kept a clown loach.

Clown loaches are probabally one of my favorite fish now that i have 3(got them all at the same time). They are pretty interesting to watch. If you have a big enough tank, get 3 clown loaches.
