What sort of filter and light? Is this brand new?

Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Does it include a stand? If so, then yes. For my 46g I paid $150, (was $200) and got the tank, stand and lights. Most pre-packaged aquariums will save you money (BELIEVE ME! I HAD TO LEARN IT THE HARD WAY )

I say yes, but it does depend on the type of filter (In tank out of tank a brand name would be helpful)

Give a ring around to the local shops in the area, see what they're going for. Prices will vary with region, availability, supply/demand etc etc.

It totaly depends on the quality of tank good glass or thin second glass, filter brand, type, and size, lighting again type brand and the fixtures that go with the light globes or tubes.

Decorations how many again type and size.

Paul I suggest you look around and see what is around at other LFS then get back with more specifications brand names sizes and types.

I certainly would not give any advice on the infomation you have suplied.

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info
