Most pre-packaged aquariums will save you money (BELIEVE ME! I HAD TO LEARN IT THE HARD WAY ) I say yes, but it does depend on the type of filter (In tank out of tank a brand name would be helpful) Inky

Decorations how many again type and size. Paul I suggest you look around and see what is around at other LFS then get back with more specifications brand names sizes and types.
