I'm looking for websites that sell general freshwater fish, or any that sell Guppies, Mollies, Platties, Gourami, Cichlids, Catfish, Tetras, or anything like that.

Thanks!

A location would be handy.

Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Try AquaBid.com
I have had very good luck buying fish from there. Just make sure you read sellers' feedback and ask them questions well in advance of the close of the auctions if you have any. Most sellers are very friendly and will answer your questions promptly and thoroughly. If they don't, then you know you might not want to buy from them. Ask them if they ship in styrofoam insulation with heat packs in cold weather, and if they use oxygen in ther bags. All of those are good signs that they know how to successfully ship fish, and don't scrimp on shipping! Go for overnight, despite the higher cost.

Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...

You could also try Petsolutions.com and liveaquaria.com. I personally like liveaquaria.

I hear that Aquariumfish.net is great...as well as fish2u.com. I will probably be ordering from either one of them soon.

LiveAquaria.com has higher prices than most places IMO.

i have ordered from fish2u.com, liveaquaria.com, and been around aquariumfish.net for over 9 years.

i think that aquariumfish.net has no mini. where as liveaquaria has a 30$ min.
