A few questions for you.
What variety of Tetras are they?
If they are the Neon or Cardinal Tetra and you must have the Angel they will not last very long.
Also the tetras prefer to be in a bigger school.
The Betta will be OK with the Tetras, but I dont think he will get along with the Angel ( I could be wrong)
Live bearers ???? if pairs plenty of fry for the Betta.

I personally would go for a big school of Cardinal Tetras, GS and the Betta.
And dont forget plenty of live plants.

Looks OK to me, just be careful that the angels don't get nippy with the betta

The type of tetra would be handy to know (some are rather huge and some will eventually be angel food) but otherwise that is a much better mix

Do the fish look more relaxed to you?

The angel won't be able to stay in that tank full term. Its gonna get too big eventually.

I would be wary of the angel. Once it settles in and decides on a territory you could be in for some trouble.

Before you criticize someone walk a mile in their shoes. That way you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

Here's a link to the profile of Angel fish from this site.

http://fishprofiles.com/profiles/freshwater/Cichlids/Pterophyllum_scalare/

It will explain why you shouldn't keep a lone angel fish with your other fish.

Basically, he can/may eat your tetras and shrimp. And then you've just fed your angel some very expensive food.

Well, it's all a learning experience. Nobody knows everything.

I'm certainly still learning about all this fish stuff, lol. (and STILL waiting for the nitrites to convert to nitrates. *sigh*)

Lemon tetras are probably okay. It's smaller tetras like neons getting eaten by angels that you have to worry about.
