You'll probably be OK with the angels in the 29, just a pair though. As for a ram breeding tank, I would set up one of the 10s that way. For cories, use the 20 gallon, and transfer some of the guppies there as well.

I would suggest having the rams and cories together in the 20, but that's probably too much excitement for the rams to breed, plus the corys probably would love having the occasional ram eggs for lunch. Best keep them on their own.

ok

i dont have many guppies (lost around 40 from a poison incident
so now im down 2 my breeding males, and i just counted like 5-6 females, only 3 are old enough to realy breed, and 1 female gave birth a few days ago, and another is still giving birth (been on for HOURS, sence yesterday, poor girl

and im building a large pond, and my females ae going to go into there (well, most of them r)
the males and a few select female will stay inside, the females outside will be taken in once a month to be bred with a select male, then released back into the pond later on, when i se there r quite a few fry in the pond, they will be sperated, and durring the early fall, i will bring them all inside, by that time i will have a tank of their own set aside, for the winter (just take into consideration)

Wait a minute... you're putting guppies in an outdoor pond? Is this a pond in the ground or a container pond? Is it going to have an open top? How are you going to see the guppies in a big pond? And I'd be worried that birds or some kind of animals would eat the conveniently sized little fish. I've heard of this happening with goldfish ponds, so I'd imagine it would be even easier for the birds with smaller fish.

Hoping that there must be a word for everything I mean...

it is going to be in the gound, and im going to build a cover that will be sortof like a tent over the top for at night and when im gone, i have kept and bred them in smaller ponds before, but thats just the thing, it was a small pond, and the temp fluctuated too much, i lost some to ick, and i then kept them inside, but now im going t ohave controol of it, at one point the temp reached 90+ in my smallest frog pond (but all my other ponds have been destroyed)

The outdoor pond should be fine for the guppies with some vegetation for hiding spots. I live in southern Michigan. Last year, I helped a friend empty his 1,000 gallon pond that had been stocked with swordtails and guppies. The fish population had exploded during the summer and we pulled hundreds of fry with some unusually large adults.

which is all the more reason we should strive to keep these fish out of our waterways although they would be a good food source, and only live through the summer, some fish and animales may become dependant upon them, then die
