This is actually not in a Aquarium it was in a street cafe on the main street in Cairns (The gateway to the Great Barrier Reef).

Note how close it is to tables, it was also very close to the very heavy foot trafic passing by.

This is the lead up to the Cairns Aquarium (No longer there) it was in a shopping center set up for the tourist trade.

hmm, if it was my tank, i would be so nervouse to do a water change i would stock it with a single fish but thats just me nice tank

If you do you will not find either that tank or the Aquarium. The Aquarium has been pulled down to make room for the buildings atlerations. The tank is just not there it could have belong to the Aquarium.
