 | Bolivian Rams |
Untitled No. 4  Big Fish Posts: 488 Kudos: 452 Votes: 33 Registered: 07-Nov-2004   | I've got four Bolivian Rams today from a guy who breeds them. I always used to think those fish were somewhat drab and boring compared to the Ramirezis, but after letting them settle in my tank for a few hours they look gorgeous. They are still quite young and the guy says that they only start developing the colouration now, so I guess they're going to be even more stunning. Fluffy, if you were in the UK you could get some, as he's looking to sell the rest of the brood. He's breeding other south American dwarf cichlids too and I'm sure they're all as amazing as he takes care to mix them with wild fish. I'll probably get some Blue Rams from him soon, so watch this space. |

Post pics when they're in courting colours ... then you'll amaze everyone with the spectacle, because in courting colours, Bolivian Rams are a blast!  |
