The only thing that has changed since that picture is my crypts...they have melted So I will have to replace them soon.[/font] |

Well all i have in my tank is black rocks,1 anubia, 1 ludwigia red, 1 small bamboo, and a bunch of fluffy java moss. O and a pirate skull decoration(yaaarrrr)and a cool pice of wood. can anyone tell me how i should set this up? Right now its sort of setup for a fry palace, easy places to hide and frisk about. :%) All plants are very healthy(i dont know why) Grrrr i can't aquascape!!!!!It doesnt look horrible it's just missing that pizzaz(not pizza) Any ideas hints tricks? And the moss is on the drift wood. THanks |

I just place the plants where I think they will look good and put DW in the center. I like natural aquascaping, so I wouldn't use the pirate skull...but its your tank. Get more plants to fill out open spaces. A picture would be nice. That way we could tell you where to put stuff or move stuff. |

A natural cave would look more natural and certainly more appealing that a scull. fishyhelper288 Fish Guru Posts: 2161 Kudos: 1951 Votes: 137 Registered: 29-Feb-2004 | maybe get some more plants, and hide the skull, so you can still see it a little, but its hidden enough to look natural i did that with a piece of fake drift wood, just put it in the back of my tank, put plants all round, added real drift wood, and its better but dont feel bad my 20 gallon long would look better if i kept species with species |
