I'd start with rocks and driftwood, then add plants, wait 3 weeks, then add fish. It'd be a Nature Aquarium! Oh wait, someone's already done that Tako..amona? Kidding, I would love to do an Amano tank just like he does it. I'm so jealous. The other tanks with fish in them look pretty good. They're very colourful. The Spongebob deal was a gift to my son, so I got him a betta for it. I'm taking my time with the 55 so I can plan it out. That's 2" of Eco complete in the bottom....I will get another bag soon. I'm getting lights (PC 2x65 watt 6700), a new top (hated the one that came with the tank), and tons of plants....then fishies. He passed away in 1989 when I was 17. My mom gave that to me for Christmas that year, and I gave her one too. Having the 55 empty whilst saving money to complete it is killing me, but at least I'm taking the time to plan this one out. All I lack is lights, a cover, the plants and fishies!
