	Driftwood with Java Fern, Java Moss, and Friend
Stormy Big Fish Posts: 357 Kudos: 606 Votes: 81 Registered: 13-Mar-2004	This is part of one of my nicest pieces of driftwood with java fern and a little java moss attached to it in several areas. Lake Erie is part of the Great Lakes system. I found it this last summer, and the water was really pretty moderate while we were there. My guess would have been in the 70's.

That is part of the reason I boiled that driftwood for hours and hours in salty water and scrubbed it with a scrub brush. LOL! Not that I would not have done that anyway, but I made sure to go a little overboard with it JUST IN CASE. I have a really nice piece I found the same day that is several feet long and waiting for the day I set up my 75 gallon.
