Thanks for the comments. About a year ago Susan informed me that "the house was too small." This 48x28 addition is the result of lots of work. It will house a garage for the truck and a snow plow (we now live at 10,000ft inside the Colorado Rockies), a wood shop, Susan's office, computer & sewing room, and my radio room ("ham shack", electronics shop, a 300gal aquarium and my office. Current plans are for two towers, one for VHF/UHF work and the other for HF work.

We hope to have the building finished by the end of this month and be operation by the end of November, leaving me the rest of the winter to accumulate a few more "sticks" of tower, a few antennas, and some misc other stuff for a couple of antenna raising parties in the spring.

Well, The addition is completed. I\'ve moved everything out of storage, and am now swamped in boxes! I have turned one of the bedrooms into an office, another into a proper guest room.

During the winter, I will be reorganizing things, donating Susan\'s belongings, her dolls, sewing machines, fabrics, and some of her nick nacks. I will also erect a 270' dipole antenna and lay out where the two towers will go.
