Brengun Big Fish Posts: 355 Kudos: 187 Votes: 110 Registered: 22-Jun-2007 | They had reached their size in a 4 foot tank and they owner wasn't prepared to move house and upgrade to a 6ft. I didn't quaranteen them due to their size and the fact that my 6ft tank didn't have many fish in it anyway. The tank holds 334 ltrs actual water and has sand and driftwood. Other occupants, an old full grown contradens male, a halfgrown L203 which I suspect may turn out to be female, one angel fish, one blue ram, one juvi longfin common bristlenose, a peacock eel and a dozen inch long zebra kutu nigritus upsidedown catfish. Filtration is pretty impressive with a 2400lph canister with 3ft spraybar, and two internal power heads at each end pumping 2000lph each into the tank. My angelfish had a ball surfing when I added the second internal filter. Most fun he has had in ages. |

Brengun Big Fish Posts: 355 Kudos: 187 Votes: 110 Registered: 22-Jun-2007 | The contradens in the background is pretty much full size now. The leopards are on ave 14cm and should get to 20 to 25cm. I am not even going to think about how big my 16cm L203 titanic is going to get but she's a gentle soul. |
