Awww, he really is a sweetie. He doesn't pinch hard, if at all, and I can just pick him up and shift him around if I need to get into his tank.

I think the photo is a bit deceptive, his shell is *maybe* 5-6cm across, so that big nipper is about half that. I don't think they are as well designed as cray nippers either, they seem to be a bit more for holding than for pinching and crushing. He can hold onto things well, but he has trouble getting much pressure on.

You watch out for those nippers Calla.... make sure you move (non-edible) decor with bbq tongs or the chopstick of death.
