Having seen some huge monsters in Aust largest 18ft+ I wanted to see how they could enclose a crock in that building. Have a close look at the large crock and you will see how it was done. I thought the babies were cute and they were very easy to photograph. His back was covered in a green algea. It is not a tele photo shot I can assure I was very close in fact some days he was under our 12ft tinnie ( a small fishing boat. There was one in the area I could not span his foot prints over 5ft appart Keith keithgh attached this image: Last edited by keithgh at 11-Feb-2005 00:07[/font] Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do. Actually, I think all of our crocs are protected because they're endangered... I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash. |

The guide on the boat yelled out had we seen any crocks on our reply of a big YES all of a sudden cameras were pointed at us. Actually within 200mt of the boat ramp was a resident FM who use to swim out every time we went passed her area then go back when had passed. I have developed a policy when in their area keep a good lookout always you can never be over cautious they have even been seen 100s of Klm off shore in the ocean.
