My first tank - 29G | |
FLEXJr Hobbyist Posts: 61 Kudos: 32 Votes: 1 Registered: 26-Feb-2006 | So, yesterday i went out to the nearest LFS (Big Al's) and spent some cash. I left with: Marineland 29G Tank Stand Heater, Filter, Light Master Test Kit Rocks, 2 Bags of Flourite Red (and of course.. all the cheap products and decor they throw in with the purchase!) http://photobucket.com/albums/h90/fishtank29/ This is my very first tank. I'll be getting some Zebra Danios tomorrow to begin the cycling. The tank is still a little cloudy due to the Flourite. I will be putting in some live plants once things get going and possibly adding a piece of driftwood to the right side of the tank. I'm open to suggestions, Enjoy! (And yes, the terradactyl-like (sp?) creature floating in the water will be removed when the danios come) |

Go for Anubias that you can tie to your driftwood and crypts are another hardy plant to have. Look forward to your pics as you progress with it.
