It's just some cheapo plastic Chinese made desk lamp. The bulb was a bit crappy, but just got a decent daylight tri phospor PC bulb for just over a dollar. An ultra cheap lighting system that gives me almost 2 WPG ! The lamps not bad as it's adjustable, I can even adjust the direction the bulb points in. I may go nuts and spend another $5 buck for another lamp and get up 4wpg ! But I'll see how it goes. The substrate is just some sand I bought in a local fish store. $1. It's beige in color and the grain is a little bigger then normal sand and perfectly round. Remember that age and treachery will always triumph over youth and ability. |

As I have said previously about small tanks very difficult to do a layout it must be simple yet elegant, practical and a peaceful home for all its inhabitants not a show piece for the person who designed it.. That was one big word. Keith Near enough is not good enough, therefore good enough is not near enough, and only your best will do. I VOTE DO YOU if not WHY NOT? VOTE NOW VOTE NOW |
