My Golden Chinese Algae Eater. Telling me (the doctor) that he is ok.
These are lovely fish but can be a bit on the aggessive side. This one is about 5 inches big. So far not too much of a problem. He never stays still, always on the go. Sucking on this and that.

I got 4 of them, the biggest chases the others sometimes but apart from that they are as peaceful as can be. They never stop moving so well done on taking that picture.

Thanks Perky, this guy loves to pose for the camera. While I'm trying to take shots on other fish, this fella is always around stating "take me take me" so I have heeps of pictures of it.

Well he is certainly not camera shy anyway. Good close up photo, well done.

Nice tank there. That's the exact gravel I have in my oscar tank.. Say, are you adding real plants in there soon ? Your driftwood log would look really good surrounded by a green planty world !

Thanks. No, not at this moment. Althought I do have my eye on a plant that looks like a palm tree. My in-laws have a couple, and I need to find out what it is and where they got it.

An aquatic plant that looks like a palm tree? I seem to remember a plant like that in an AGA entry, and it wasn't a true aquatic plant. *shrug* I'm not completely sure though.

Cool CAE!

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.
