I decided to give them the pear core today and as usual they loved it as usual. It is tied with a piece of fishing line so that I can retreive it about one hour later.

Keithgh- intresting food item. Your anubias plants always look great. I just got new HUGE anubias last nite at petco. It was in great condition with 3 huge 7in. leaves and 4 2in. leaves. One of the big leaves sticks about a 1/2 in. out of the water in my 30 gallon. . I suppose it will be fine. Not sure what type of anubias it is though, have to look around.
nice tank!
