Surprisingly not, and I only say that because he was not happy when the ADF was acclimating. I kept a close watch on the tank after I let the frog out but everything was fine. I did compensate by feeding the betta a bit more since he seemed concerned that the ADF had the nerve to eat

Many people with smaller tanks keep an ADF and betta together.

This tank is a 5g Mini-Bow.
