I took along one of my female bettas and some Malaysian trumpet snails and got some updated pics of their tanks. I gave my oldest son a 2.5g Mini-bow for his 11th birthday this year. The aquascaping was done completely by him His betta was a lcs rescuse; my son really like his color but also felt sorry for him because of his messed up tail. His name is Jake but Stumpy might have been more accurate. Jake has a great personality though and likes to be hand-fed by my son. My ex got a 10g from a co-worker a few months ago and asked if I'd help set it up for my three daughters (ages 9,8, and 5). Again all the aquascaping was done by them. It's a platy tank, two of the them are fry from my platies. They also have my pink-yellow female DT betta Lily now. It's hard to get good pics because the tank has no background and sits on a mirrored dresser. ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |
