pygmy cories (added more) | |

They like exploring and resting on the plants and wood. Unlike other cories they're in the middle of the tank more often than on the bottom. I'd like to get some group pictures, but unfortunately 'together time' is in the back of the tank. ~~~~ Last edited by Theresa_M at 04-Nov-2004 16:42 ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

Nice little guys, glad to see they've settled in well. I'm taking it they are pretty curious. On a side note...I like the "sig" -Formerly known as the Ferretfish |

To get a group photo have the camera ready and focused at feeding time. I have found this is the only time they never seen to be busy hunting around, and always on the move. And maybe if you set the focus rather than autofocusing you can get it to zoom in on them and not the background? Not that these aren't good shots, just I bet you could get spectacular ones. -Molly Visit shelldwellers.com! |

That's purple cabomba, doing quite nicely. what are you feeding the little guys? I have three types of veggie and algae wafers that they like, as well as shrimp pellets. Since they're so active in the middle I often see them eat whatever the other fish are having as well. A nice size-perspective shot: Snuck around to the back during rest time and got a few pictures. They seem to like their reflections: yes the glass needs cleaning ~~~~ Last edited by Theresa_M at 04-Nov-2004 16:43 ~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |
